"We were very disappointed with this trampoline park. Very dirty. Gum stuck everywhere. Lots of rips and tears in old equipment. Many things closed and not in use including the Sky trail. Random trash and socks everywhere. Saw an adult hurt themselves near the basketball section to where they couldn't stand and the staff member just stood there and looked at them . Like they had zero training on what to do when someone is incapacitated in an emergency. This place cost $5 more than Big Air in Spartanburg, but it's disgusting and old here. Go to Big Air instead. We won't be back here. Huge waste of money. Whole place needs a makeover and new staff training."
"UPDATE! Would not recommend. Staff is trash, the white people who patronize this establishment are racist. Cancelling my membership and will never return. We go during their toddler time which is really fun and exciting because it allows the little ones to run around, jump and climb without being pushed bombarded or knocked over by the big kids. So many of the littles have a blast jumping on the trampolines and into the foam pits and it’s a pretty safe and secure environment. To be clear, WE ONLY GO DURING TODDLER TIME! There’s no way we would go at any other time because the older kids are rough and don’t watch out for the smaller kids. I think the facilities could use a huge cleaning on the entrance floors and the sofas but it’s not that big of a deal because we don’t spend that much time in there. The staff is young and some are friendly and some aren’t but I don’t expect much from teens/young adults and because we don’t interact with them much I don’t pay it any mind."
"Visited today. Four of the good rides were closed although there were plenty of disappointed kids there. Seems like this place does not have enough staff to run it safely."
"Good place for children. The workers were a little rude to my kids. That's why I give it fewer stars."
"My experience at Altitude was horrendous. Despite arriving early for our 2:30 reservation, there was confusion, no table, and disorganization. We weren't seated until 3:10 pm, and the staff's response to our concerns, especially from the cashier, was extremely rude. Chris, however, tried to salvage the situation. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to change my 1-star rating. I won't be returning to Altitude and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Pics are of the disorganized tables where we were to be seated. We weren’t even seated there."
