"Great deals on clothing for grandkids, but service was atrocious. Major push for me to apply for credit and when she realized I wasn't going to, she was rude. Even walked away when someone else was right beside me with items to sell. Definitely not southern hospitality. If Children's Place is that aggressive with the push, I won't shop there again."

"My 6 year old son was chased and screamed at by an employee for accidentally knocking over clothes on a table. She demanded he picked them up. I apologized for him knocking them over and she still chased him and replied "oh boohoo." I had to end up calling police for verbal harassment. Management was no help. Very Unfriendly to children!!!"

"Order online pick up in store because I like the extra little savings They offer. This store is awful! Well they lost my online order and the store manager never followed up until 2 days after my order was canceled! Awful customer service mind you I drove to the store 3 separate times for this order! I’ll leave the savings and just ship to home from now on"

"My child and me went to this store this week, we was never greeted or ask if we needed anything. The young girl behind the counter was rude, she was busy talking to another employee with her back turned. The line was backing up and when the other employee let her know she got snappy. I think this is unacceptable as l have been a manager myself in retail. I will be shopping at the store in Burlington from here on out they are much more friendly and helpful."
