"So I guess corporate is ok with the manager closing the store early because they were short staffed. The mall isn't even busy, it was dead and he (Juanpedro, JuanMarco) chose to lock the doors early because they were short staffed. I'm sure they would have appreciated a last minute sale to make their day but ignorance is bliss. I'm knocking on the door while staff is folding clothes ignoring me. Customer service must be a thing of the past, right along with making a sale!?!?!?!?!"

The manager, Taylor, in particular was fantastic and helped my obvious distress in finding work pants, checking everywhere including other stores. We got it sorted and she made me feel like I wasn’t being obnoxious(even though I was pestering at least). Thanks folks for a great shopping experience."
