"My wife and I had a gift card from months ago so we were in the area and decided to stop in. Was never asked if we needed help or got a simple Hello. Sales lady on the floor just basically stared at us. My wife tried on an outfit, asked me to look at it. I walked in dressing room, we were two of three customers shopping the other one was checking out. The associate that couldn’t say hello storms into the dressing room area loudly and hatefully tells me I’m not allowed to step in the area. Stated I just wanted to see the outfit, never walked in the dressing room, my wife simply opened the door for me to look at. So you can’t acknowledge we are shopping but you can go over the top over something so ridiculous. Handed the store their gift card back and informed the lady in ‘charge’ we wouldn’t be spending money with their company again. She just looks at me like who cares. Beyond horrible customer service."

"This is my favorite Talbot's Outlet. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. After I'm in the dressing room they check frequently for anything I may need. They also know their store."

"As a former long time employee of Talbot's, I expected more. I was in the store for quite some time. Not one time was I approached or greeted. For a Saturday, they looked to be greatly under staffed, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and lingered a little longer than I normally would, and still no acknowledgement. The store was set up nicely. Clearance area was a bit hard to sift through, and the misses and petites seemed to be mixed in together. My overall I'm impression was a bit of a let down."
