"I had a great experience during my visit today to Saks Fifth Avenue in the Tanger Outlet in Mebane, North Carolina. I was searching for the perfect work dress and came across a dress on a mannequin that caught my eye. Unfortunately, my size was not available on the racks. Guadalupe, a store staff member, went above and beyond to assist me by promptly and skillfully removing the dress from the mannequin, allowing me to try it on. I ended up loving the dress and buying the dress. Guadalupe's attentiveness, patience, and kindness truly made my shopping experience memorable. I am grateful for the customer-centric environment at Saks Fifth Avenue, and special thanks to Guadalupe for her exceptional assistance! I look forward to continuing to shop at Saks Fifth Avenue and recommending it to friends and family based on the outstanding service I received."
