"I usually order online and have items shipped. I needed this item quickly, so I picked up in-store. I certainly felt UNWELCOMED. The cashier didn't bother to speak when I spoke to her, without looking at me, in a slightly rude tone asked what she could help me with. Again, I spoke. Finally she spoke. Once I received my item, no one offered a pleasant closing comment, a thank you or anything. Definitely need to work on customer service...with a smile, even if it's fake."

"Some sales representative need better education on what the store sells especially for a Saturday. They should focus on customer service. Two stars just for the cute clothes."

Some of their coupons don't coincide with their deals they run, or the $10 off rewards coupon we earn, and that, specifically, really upsets me because it's supposed to be like cash. The restrictions on their rewards program is stupid. But, I'm still a loyal customer and fan, which is the reason for the five stars."
