"This was my first time visiting this Sketchers location & talk about clean and organized. I had a nice young man named Reese help me with the exchange of a gifted pair of shoes for something that fit. Never made me feel like I had to hurry & a smile. That said I will certainly be coming back"
"I wish I could give them zero. The store manager sucks. She is never willing to help. I have tried to shop there 3 times, and every time I try to ask for a size, they say it is not available even if I ask for a smaller or bigger size, and then I was available to find myself. On our last visit there, we went to the store at 6:15-6:30, and the store closed at 7 pm because it was Sunday. We picked out two shoes and went to check out. They said oh, we can’t accept cash, only exact change. When we gave them the exact change, they said oh, we cannot take money, only cards. At that point, we are like, okay, we will order it online. Every time I go, we leave empty-handed and order online. The store manager is always there, but she never wants to help customers."

"They have the best shoes for people who need arch support. Everyone who works there is very helpful and willing to help you find the perfect shoe for your feet. A nice young lady got up on a ladder to reach the size I needed. Quick and easy check out. I got a paper receipt, and one emailed to me."
