"Was told nothing was wrong with the car but when I arrived too look at it, I was told it needed rear work, a new tail light etc and it was barely drivable. Told the guy we were driving from Charlotte too. He knew what was wrong with it and didn't tell us. We drove almost 2 hours. Save your time and money"

"My experience was awful. Ben was my salesperson. The check engine light came on during the test drive. I was told the fuel was old in the car and it would resolve itself with a few fresh tanks of premium fuel. It has not. Turned out the car had bad injectors that were cleared several times by this dealership prior to me buying it. Took it in for repairs. $1,500. Ben agreed to pay 1/2 of this cost which I felt was reasonable and honorable. Once Ben spoke to the owner, this changed. No return phone calls. No text replies. Ghosted. Feel free to look at my Google review history. I NEVER post negative feedback but this dealership deserves it. Beware before you buy vehicles from this dealership. Have them checked out by your mechanic BEFORE you buy. Trust me, they do NOT stand behind what they sell here."

"I have never dealt with a more impressive, caring, and reliable car lot like I have Reynolda. After searching and traveling 3 hours to Winston-Salem, I purchased a little car from them to make my long commutes easier. When I did not make it home on that very car the staff at the dealership stepped in to make sure the car was in perfect driving condition when they did not have too. I never had to call them for updates as they called me daily/weekly and once it was fixed they called me twice on my commute home to make sure the car and myself was traveling ok. I would give them 10 stars if I could!"
