The dark about my cars repairs to the many broken verbal promises I wouldn’t take my car here again if it was the last car repair shop in NC. My car went in for repair 01/05/2023 I still have not received 2 clips for my car that was “promised” to be delivered. This place over delivers and under performs. Many times I said I’d get calls back about my repair but their employees lie. The only reason my car finally got moved along and sped up is because I got ugly with the staff. Still to this date I have not received the last 2 parts for my repair and I have paid them in full MONTHS ago. They don’t care, they got my signature that the main part of the repair is done and have no intention sending me a clip for the trim piece on the outside and a clip for the self belt holder. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. These people are scammers, until the day I die I will be spreading the word do not take your car here."
