"Big shout out to Justin Respass! My AC stopped working so I go in thinking I just need it recharged. Justin overheard me talking about the issue to another associate and came out to take a look under the hood and noticed a broken belt and locked compressor. Not only did he send me to a great mechanic but he pre-ordered my parts so I wouldn't have to wait on them.
