"The Honda service center and the dealership, for that matter, was clean clean and spacious. They had the advance coffee, espresso, and cafe machine that was a plus. Their seating arrangement could accommodate 40+ or more people. Finally, what I like most was the video walk through of the service work performed on your vehicle. Service centers may have been doing that for a while now, but it was new to me, and I loved it."
"I've had good experiences at the Honda Service Center. They are always easy to work with, efficient, keep you up-to-date, have a nice waiting area with coffee. Yes, you'll probably pay more at the dealer vs. another repair shop but you are paying for convenience. I was having an issue with my car - got it in for a diagnosis the same day. Took it in on a Friday and had it back on a Monday."
