"Overall Dr. Kirol is a very good dentist. The reason I gave him 3 stars is because of my recent experience. I never rush to judgment with businesses, I always allow myself to feel out their practices and how my experiences will go. After 1 year this is my experience. Dr. Kirol is very friendly, as well as the staff. When I first started going to Kirol Family Dentistry my teeth were an absolute mess, from not taking care of my teeth for most of my childhood and into adulthood. My hygienist Jessica got me all cleaned up and Dr. Kirol handled any cavities I had with ease. With a fear of needles and being poked and prodded with them, I tend to shy away from anything involving being numbed or getting shots, etc. However, Dr. Kirol did very well in making sure I knew where every shot was going and the pain levels I could experience (I however had no issues with him numbing me up). Now to my most recent experience and why I give the 3 star rating, in March I had to get 3 fillings done after my birthday. Dr. Kirol finished them with ease and I thought everything was good to go. Boy was I wrong, I experience pain for 4 consistent weeks after. I went back to Dr. Kirol twice looking for some form of solution, to see why the pain may be there, to get some relief. Dr. Kirol filled the tooth in a bit more, which helped some of the sensitivity, but the pain remained. So the second visit, he tried picking some residue from between them and that didn't help. The only thing he would say was "if it isn't this or that, we don't need to do a root canal". As it turns out after visiting another dentist and doing x-rays, the filling was pushing on the nerve which was part of the reason for my pain. They prescribed my pain meds for the pain, and we did indeed have to do a root canal procedure a week after, and upon doing so they found that the decay from the cavity before had actually hit the nerve and the infection had started, which also contributed to my pain. Needless to say, I have found a new dentist and I will not be returning to Dr. Kirol's office. He is very good at what he does, and very friendly as well as the staff. However, after feeling that "shrugging off" and unwillingness to look further into why I was in pain, and the initial overlook of the decay hitting the nerve, I have been distanced from his practice. Please note that this is only my experience and I am rating him and his practice on what I believe to be fair of myself. I speak for no one else's future or prior experiences but only offer a review to highlight the care I received."

"I had been putting off going to a dentist for a long time. A friend recommended Dr. Kirol, and I was not disappointed. Grace, my hygienist, was amazing. She explained everything she was doing before proceeding. Dr. Kirol was very friendly and clearly explained the treatment plan going forward. I highly recommend Kirol Family Dentistry."
