"Last year my kids tested positive for Covid after a church camp. I called to change the date of their appointment and Bayshore billed me $75 a kid for same-day cancellation. Now they still call to get me to bring my kids back but won’t void the bill. If I could afford to pay $75 a piece for canceling an appointment that was out of my hands, we wouldn’t have Medicaid lol"

"Customer serviced sucked and my child wasn’t even seen. I was running a little behind and I received a call from the front desk. Susan had a nasty attitude. And asked me when I was going to get there. My appointment was at 3:30 and she called at 3:27. I told her I was running late. She asked if I wanted to just reschedule. Then when I asked if I could just reschedule she states well if you don’t come then you can’t reschedule with the nastiest of attitudes. Glad we didn’t go here because if they allow people like that to work there they don’t deserve my business."
