"The ladies at the front desk and the assistant were great. The doctor, however never came back to do his job. He gave me the cream to deaden my gum, and 2 shots. That is all. Love the place, not the doctor they have right now."

"My son’s appointment was at 2:30 PM we have just been brought back and still not even started on his appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment. This use to be really efficient and professional business but it has really gone down hill. The only reason I wouldn’t give it stars if I could is because the receptionist up front seem very courteous and professional. Unlike the actual dental staff."

"I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and started bringing my child the last 2-3 years and this place has gone completely down hill. This time we have been sitting in the back for over a hour and we were the first ones here. The dentist has seen multiple people and the assistant apologized and said he’s the only one working. So either y’all need to do hiring or u need a dentist that wants to work and not lollygag. A filling isn’t a hour and a half wait when we had the first appointment. Our last visit was a cleaning and it took 3 hours. I let my son be seen and I rescheduled mine. At this point we need a better dentist that offers Medicaid we’re being screwed of or time and money."

"The front desk staff and the assistant were very helpful, but it takes to long to be taken care of despite the appointment, and the dentist was rude to me. I was explaining to him I’m resistant to the anesthesia, and told me “ok, I’m not crazy, just say yes or no”."

"DO NOT go to this place if you can help it. This is about to be a long review, so get your glasses ready. I am so upset at my experience with that I don't know what to do. I did not deserve the way that I was treated by this place. I broke my tooth and was in pain. I scheduled an appointment on their website for the next morning, which was a Saturday. When I went in for my visit. I walked in the door, there was a Hispanic young lady sitting there, she never greeted me, no hello, good morning, and definitely, no smile. . I began to sign in but was told that my insurance could not be verified because it was a weekend and they only verify on weekdays. Therefore, I could not be seen. When I asked her if I could self pay, she said no. Since they knew that I had insurance I could self pay. Of course, I know that wasn't true but I didn't argue her with her because at this point I didn't want to give this place my money. I asked her if she was ok because her whole attitude and demeanor was just bad. She said, "that's just how I am." Long story shorter, she really just didn't care. She would not allow me to speak to a manager, or anyone else. I was afraid to ask her for options about where to go since most dental offices are closed on Saturday. Fortunately, I found a place close by. She was the most rude, unempathetic, nastiest, person that I've ever met. She really should not work in Healthcare. Terrible person. I will never go there. I am a Supervisor of a referrals team at a medical facility close by and I will tell my not to referrals team and the Providers never to refer our patients to this horrible place!! She is the face of the organization and her ugly ways will keep patients away."
