"This is one of the best run dental offices I've ever visited. When I arrive, everyone is always so friendly and I never have to wait long for my scheduled appointment. Kayla does and outstanding job taking care of my teeth and has a "Midas touch" because I had no discomfort at all during my time "in the chair." "This was my first visit to premier smiles as I recently moved to Rock Hill. I was so nervous walking in the door, not sure what to expect. It was such a relief that everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Everyone introduced themselves, had pleasant short conversations. The dental hygienist Kayla, was the best. She explained every step, she was gentle, knowledgeable and professional. She calmed my nerves. Dr. Shirk was also very calming, explaining everything about my teeth. He took time to talk with me, I didn’t feel rushed and I understood what he was saying . So glad I chose this dentist and his staff"

"A really good experience. The staff is very helpful from when you enter til when you leave. The dentist explains everything he will be doing and continues while he is performing the procedure. His assistants are also very experienced in their duties. I don't like going to the dentist but this office has made my stress levels pretty much disappear!"
