"I saw Dr. Elyse and the hygienist about 2 weeks ago. I was very impressed with both. At that visit we agreed I needed a night time mouth guard. I went in today to have the mold made for the guard. When I checked in, the receptionist behind the front desk immediately asked if I wanted to take care of my husbands balance on a crown. I initially said no, because I didn't know the agreement for the amount above what insurance would pay. But once I sat down, I gave my husband a call and he asked me to get a detailed statement of his account and he would review and pay once I got home. To be clear, this is not a past due balance. We have not received a bill for this balance, nor has our insurance even paid yet. I asked the receptionist for a statement with the detail on it and she promptly told me they don't have that. I asked how can you know what we owe if you don't have a statement that details the charges and what insurance should cover? Thankfully, a woman in the back said she did have a statement and would print it. The receptionist, at that point, said she was going to call my husband because he knew he was going to owe this, that they always explain when it comes to a gold crown and on and on it went. This is the reason I didn't want to take care of this bill from the jump. Why the receptionist chose to die on this hill, I really don't know. She was abrasive and clearly doesn't know much about customer service. I canceled my appointment for the mouth guard, paid my husbands bill and verified they wouldn't charge me a cancellation fee. This receptionist totally ruined my positive feelings about this practice."

"We do scared. Awesome Dental Office to go to. I am a big football type build guy and was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist after watching online videos and online Doc spots. I avoided going in as long as I could, but the pain became too much and I had to have teeth pulled. I met Dr.Baura and looked him in the eyes and told him that I was scared of the procedure. He looked me back in my eyes and said "We do scared. I'm gonna take good care of you". He took his time to make sure that I was comfortable and did exactly as he said. I ended up getting quite a few extractions that day, but only felt like 3 or so. I will be telling EVERYONE I come across about the Great Dentist and Better man that I met that day. Thanks again Doc... No Longer scared"
