"Consistently closes before posted time on doors. I have also been turned away at the doors before closing when there was more than 10 min left and I could have been in and out in 1 min."
"Love this dollars tree friendly people and staff and cashier nice well stocked well organized and neat etc."
"Visited a week ago and the store was very messy- I was disappointed since this store is nearby and usually has whatever we are looking for. Went back last night and was happy things had been straightened up. I am guessing it's just a challenge to stock the shelves, keep them organized, check customers out, inflate balloons and mind the store when there are several customers rummaging through things and only 2 people working. I found the guys working there to be friendly and helpful."
"Juan should be fired. Juan put 4 boxes the size of grocery stores Family size snack crackers in a bag. I then politely asked, “If you don’t mind Please use another bag for the rest of my items. This bag is for the house. The rest I’ll keep in my car to have when away from home.” Saying nothing he starts new bag. After bagging a few small snack items Juan speaks, “I’m doing it this time but don’t expect it the next time you come here.” “Are you serious?”, I asked. “I AM! I have all that to do,” Juan said flinging his left arm back towards what I have no idea. At this point I’m done being nice. I told him I couldn’t believe how rude he was. Juan informs me he is not rude saying, “You are unreasonable!” Honestly I asked the one simple request of him and he lost it. People who should never come in contact with humans are being given up front jobs as the face of whatever retail, food service, higher end, lower end businesses that hire them. It is obviously a hard, desperate, and sad time to be an employer looking to hire someone. You should be able to give review scores less than zero for reviews in these sad times of customer service. If good can come from bad I certainly appreciate good Customer Service now."
