"Was there yesterday and Ozzy was extremely helpful in the appliance department. He was patient, knowledgeable about the products, knew where everything was and answered all the questions I had. I had planned to go to a couple other appliance stores afterwards, but didn’t feel the need to do that. He was so helpful, I didn’t need to go anywhere else."

"Recently I’ve been three times and each time I have experienced great service. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. No store is perfect but I feel that Best Buy does try to help their customers. It can be hard to find an associate at times, so I go at times when they’re not typically busy."

"Other than the employee at the front door, not one other person attempted to help or guide me the entire time I was in the store. I needed assistance determining which noise canceling headphones would work the best for our specific situation. I ended up sitting in the floor using Google to compare my options, which I could've done at home instead of coming into a physical store. There was only one person running the register and I ended up waiting in line, as the 3rd person back, for upwards of 15 minutes. Other employees walked by the man running the register but not a one of them offered to jump on the other register to help the growing line. Overall, I was less than pleased with this experience"

"This Best Buy has always had friendly and helpful staff and well stocked shelves. If an item wasn't available, the workers tried their best to accommodate. I recently started working at this location as a vendor and even now, my 'coworkers' have been friendly and respectful."
