Starbucks

"I usually just move on with my life but I need to leave this review. My order is consistently wrong or just different each time. Also, it NEVER rings up the same even though my order never changes. It’s very disappointing because I work at the hospital and the nearest Dunkin is 10 minutes away. Looks like I’ll need to add that time to my morning because I can’t keep giving my money to a place that blatantly over charges when they just feel like it. And if you’re gonna charge extra for drizzle, GIVE ME THE DRIZZLE!!!!!!"

"The WORST Starbucks I’ve been too. I live very close and (1) they get the order wrong at least half the time (I’m lactose intolerant but clearly they don’t care nor read the order closely enough) and (2) the parking lot is an absolute cluster. You have to park far away and walk across traffic because the drive thru line literally blocks entry into the lot. Stay away from this place and find a local coffee shop. Starbucks (this location in particular) is the worst. Ntm they just raised prices. Venti iced pumpkin latte with soy was over $9. That’s almost funny. Even though I’m half a mile away from Starbucks I’ll just drive to Cup of Joe on hillsborough. At least they have a parking lot and don’t screw up the order."

"Last 6 month my order is constantly made incorrectly, wait time can be 20 plus minutes, and staff looks overwhelmed/short staffed. Yesterday my coffee was half full, oily, and did not have the extra vanilla sweet cream I ordered. When mentioned to staff I was told my cup was half full because of foam. But my coffee is never half full because of the foam. I’ll be going to a different Starbucks location from now on."

"Imo they now cater to the people that are in the drive thru and mobile orders, rather than the people that actually step foot in the store. I went and it was not even busy inside, when I ordered, but waited over 10 minutes for a warm muffin, before asking for a refund. Aside from that it is a nice store inside. They had someone taking orders outside to move the line along, so it apoeared all 5 or 6 people working focused on drive through."
