"My favorite place to go early morning shopping before Christmas. They stock Mac and often have a visiting makeup artist. Their shoe selection is great. They Carry alot of good brands. They occasionally offer great discounts"

"Honestly won’t be shopping here again. We unknowingly entered the 5-10 minutes before they closed. We were not informed at the door nor did we hear an announcement that they were closing soon when we entered. The first announcement we heard was at one minute until closing, informing us to exit on the first floor. We went down and they forced us out into the parking garage even though we were parked on the other side of the mall. We were two women alone with small babies. I would also like to note that online it says the mall closes at 10 and it was 9. It was unsafe to send us outside the mall at night and tell us to walk around to find another opening. We talked to a female employee, expressing our concerns, and she was a total wench. Said she couldn’t treat us “special”. I am upset I didn’t catch her name."

"Belk located in the Crabtree Valley Mall at 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612 is a great Department Store chain! Very friendly helpful staffing, and a very wide variety of high quality goods from Clothes to Jewelry to home comfort. Ivette in Jewelry was a joy to work with finding a gift for my wife. Rebecca was also tremendously helpful when I picked up the ring - and I spent another grand on bargains :)"

"Very well merchandised. Even though stock is light during the pandemic they have done a great job. In the past their aisle have been to crowded. It was a little harder to find a sales associate. Overall it is a great store to shop in."
