"Did good work got in and out quickly. They did a great job."
"The service staff are mostly courteous (I had one guy roll his eyes when I pulled up with my vehicle; he did apologize afterward…said he was having a bad day). The reason for the two stars is how SLOW they are!! I make an appointment for an oil change, and I show up 5-10 minutes early, and I STILL wait an hour and a half to two hours!! What’s the point of making an appointment?? Honestly, I have a warranty which is the only reason I keep coming back to Modern’s service department. I do appreciate the mostly courteous staff, but it is extremely frustrating to make customers wait for basic services such as oil changes. I don’t think it’s best business practice."
