"Glad he met after hours to pick up a car that was towed but either not very knowledgeable or was scamming to fix a car trying to charge thousands of dollars to replace an entire steering rack when all that was needed was a $27 dollar inner tie rod. I'm thinking trying to scam money since I had to drive 9 hours to pick up the car."
