"Stopped in to get hot doughnuts since the hot sign was on. I was given 3 rock hard doughnuts that have clearly been sitting in this box for hours."

"They had the audacity to sell me old dried up doughnuts. No kind of empathy of any kind of customer service is terrible they need to reevaluate the entire staff at this location, save your money, and go to another location."

"So decided to stop by Krispy Kreme after church because I wanted something sweet. Little to my surprise I didn’t know I was going to be in for the longest wait ever. So I got into the drive thru line sat there for about 5min so then I said I’ll just go inside and to my knowledge the wait was No Better !!!! The restaurant was clean inside but the service was very very slow with no explanation to the customers as to why or how much longer the wait would be. The fast food restaurant Arby’s was serving people faster than Krispy Kreme and the had to cook their food . But never the less I wish that the quality of the service would get better with wait time other than that I would probably give them another to redeem themselves."

"I drove for 25 minutes 1 way to get krispy creme I arrived at 8:20, they stated they close at 11 online for them to be closed when I arrived. An hr of my night, and im sure several others because yall can't spend 2 minutes to update the fact that you close early. Yall don't care about your customers and it shows."

"Something must be done about this!!!! The site and sign on front door plainly states that the store opens at 6am!!!! I have stopped at the Knightdale location 3 times at around 7:30- 8:00 am doors were locked. Employees in the store!!!! I will not visit this location ever again!!!"
