Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

"dude i had covid and i was craving smithfield’s, got it delivered, and my order was wrong on top of not even given 4pc of chicken with my box. i got all dark meat 2 legs and a thigh the size of a wing. i asked for fries instead of hushpuppies and still received hushpuppies. i didn’t know that smithfields cared less about delivery/togo than regular dine in but here we are. still haven’t got any refund or nothing. tried contacting no response. i paid for something i didn’t even have and and the customer service was non-existent therefore i will not continue buisness at this location. made me really angry."

"Always like to explore new places. Was in town for business and this one jumped out at me. Staff was friendly and place is clean. Had a large BBQ plate. Pulled pork, slaw, potato salad and hush puppies. I have to be really honest and say that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the meal, but it really didn't have any "wow" factor. In the end it was simply sustenance before spending a day watching football. Maybe next trip I'll try the chicken offerings."

"Traveling thru the area seen signs from interstate. It's a bit off route but very worth the stop. Great staff. Clean restaurant. Didn't care for the baked beans but the chicken strip and BBQ was great. Hush puppies are the best."

"Wonderful experience! The service was great. The staff walked around checking on us multiple times. They got us refills on drinks. I ordered the chicken tender snack. It was so.much more than a snack. I had leftovers to bring home!! The chicken was lightly breaded. It was tender and juicy. We also got these really cool promotional aluminum cups. We've kept those! They really keep drinks cool."

"I ran in to grab lunch. I think highly of this place although I don't eat fried chicken and bbq often. Needless to say when I got home. Not only was my order incorrect but my fries were cold which they should not have been since I only live 2 miles from the restaurant. My BBQ was missing off of my plate. And the chicken was the worst I have had in a very long time. Way way way to breaded. I was highly disappointed. I'm uncertain about visiting this location in the near future. What a shame because it's closer to where we live."
