"Our waiter was extremely friendly and personable, but we waited above an hour for our food to the point that two people in our group had to leave and I had to get boxes for their full meal. Many other full tables were served before us that were seated after us. Disappointing when you’re on a timetable, but thankful for our waiter’s intentionality."

"I hate to leave a negative review. However this location could use some feedback. We were seated promptly in a booth. The seats in the booth are all ripped up. I'm not sure why they aren't maintaining the seats. No one wants to sit in a ripped open booth seat with stuffing exposed. Then they waitress took our drink order. We got that promptly. As far as our food. That's another story. Ordered mozzarella sticks (at least what I thought were sticks) and chicken strips and fries. Waited for I don't know how long. Then the waiter brings the meal before the appetizer. As he's setting the plate down another waitress brings our mozzarella sticks. Well not sticks. More like mozzarella bricks? The chicken strips were good but the service and atmosphere could use some sprucing up. No one wants to sit in old broken seats. And we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Those should be standard. Then when you see the review replies it's not even a human reply. It's a robot. So they don't really care about customer service there. If they did it would be an actual person typing."

"Food: it's okay. The double bacon ranch burger was juicy, and the bread was firm and buttery. The number of fries made my heart sad. They were hot and crispy. The tequila trifecta was okay. I wanted a Henry Rita, but it was not available. The Ceasar Salad had great dressing but more iceberg lettuce than needed. The cheesecake was good. Service: I was greeted quickly and seated ever faster. The server was knowledge of the menu. She was nice and accurate with my order. Atmosphere: It decor is modern. The empty tables were clean."

"Second visit: For some reason the presto tablet wouldn't let me finish my review yesterday. Appetizer was great, but our waitress not so much. Left our drinks unattended for several minutes. Seemed to have an attitude when we corrected her about which drinks belonged to who when she did refill them. She also seemed to have a bias towards us that I chose to ignore till I saw how she treated other guests around us and the fact she offered them a menu option I requested and served them after she advised me the item wasn't available. She didn't bother to ask me if I wanted a different flavoring option instead just placed me a tea at the table and walked away. Numerous times she either sent a different server to our table or we had to ask for items like straws or to go boxes. Also the event that transpired in the bathroom during our meal was distasteful at best and the fact it involved a member of your staff even more so. The food was great! The street corn continues to be the must eat thing on the menu. I loved the jalapeño cheddar sausage link and the ribs had great flavor. For a place with limited staff they are extremely attentive and fast paced."

"We both got the special $10. The burger was great served with fries. The quesadilla was good wished it was served with some shredded lettuce . woulda made it nicer. Asked for a side of sour cream that made it better. The ranch was terrible. Didnt eat it. Watered down. Not good. The stars of our dinner were the soups!!! Fantastic for both of them!! Loaded potato and enchilada. Look forward to having them next time we come in."
