"I went inside today & order 2 Frappuccino’s & lady came from outside with her bulldog. He jumped on the counter with his paws & tongue hanging out with customers food on the counter. I asked for the manager & told her what I observed & stated that the counter needs to be cleaned off. She told me she understands & went to work drive thru. People need to understand that germs are real & some people are not lovers of dogs & show respect of others! It’s enough COVID came on the scene & now we have to deal with pets on the counters in a food environment. That’s not my cup of tea….sorry!"

"I'm done with Starbucks. Have been a customer since the 90's when there were just two in Raleigh and maybe all of wake county. Too often they are out of coffee before 1030am and want to do pour overs. The place is like a fast food stop with customer service. There was a time when there was a Starbucks Experience and if you don't understand what that means, then Starbucks is really lost It's customer service and hospitality. Too often, the music is rap and hip-hop not really my scene. During Christmas time, the Christmas music was wrap that was mocking the Christmas spirit. That is not surprising because of Starbucks views on Society. I'll be finding a new coffee shop with hospitality and coffee shop music."

"Waited almost 20 minutes for One Medium drink. FYI I was the only one In the store.. when I asked one of the workers about my drink she caught an attitude."

"Next time I'll just go to panera for my sandwhich. Starbucks cost too much for these pitiful sandwiches."

"In-store service has been poor lately. Waited for about two minutes in front of the register before someone asked if i had been helped. My sense is that drive through and call-in orders get the most attention. They are not consistently staffing the front register with a dedicated staff member. There is one staff making drinks, prepping food, and managing the register. They can do better."
