"The management there is Great & the food is good. When you have an issue with service they are willing to fix the issue expeditiously. I really appreciate this type of service."

"Saturday 10/14 Nobody welcomed me in, there were bugs flying all around the store and in the bathrooms, I even saw them picking bugs out of the juices they use to make the smoothie. I payed for my stuff and left without it because I was disgusted."

"Ordered a Chia Banana Boost which I’ve gotten many times over the years and know it’s normal for there to sometimes be lumps of dates, peanut butter or maybe even a larger speckle of almond. However this is the first time I’ve ever sucked whatever these hard particles are through the straw. Wasted $7 bucks because I’m not drinking a sketchy smoothie. Whatever it was it was very hard, not chewable and could’ve easily choked a small child! I submitted (2) surveys submitting my phone number, and have called several times to try to reach someone about a refund."

"I can definitely tell the employees are new and getting adjusted. They all greeted and were super nice. When I got to the counter a girl took my order but seemed to be distracted by her cellphone. I asked for a Sunrise Sunset and she gave me a mango drink that she was already making for another customer. I also order the three cheese chicken quesadilla which wasn’t the best and they left off my salsa.I will probably give it another try once they’ve been open for a while longer!"

"Friendly atmosphere. Today was the first day opening. Ordered Smoky Grilled Cheese (no bacon) - after ordering and paying, find out that it is no longer available. Avocado Grill Cheese - also on the menu and no longer available. Sherwood, General Manager, was quick to ensure that we had items that would still satisfy us as customers. On our way out...we were greeted by corporate management. Overall experience - excellent! Go out and support our new local business located at Hinton Oaks Shopping Center next to Qdoba."
