"I am posting this review for one Popeyes location in IndianTrail, North Carolina. This location is fantastic. Management is fantastic and the food is always great. The hourly employees are very pleasant. I drive past another location in order to come to this location because it is so much better than the others that are closer to where I live."

"The hot wings are perfect for football season. The basic spicey is NOT basic. It's flavorful and crisp. Add whatever sauce you want, but understand that they say hot its actually pretty hot. The fact that the staff ALL helped each other to make the place run smoothly was very impressive. It was busy, but they kept me informed of what was taking the longest... I had ordered more wings than a normal fryer basket holds, so it took a bit to cook. Since I was inside waiting, it was no problem, and it's fried fresh chicken, that takes some time."

"So I understand the other reviews. Had I read the reviews I wouldn't have gone to this place. However, the Asian woman was kind. She only had two folks backing her up. I walked in not knowing the other folks who placed the their orders were there for longer than 20 minutes. Even though I had to wait to place my order it wasn't until after I placed my $70+ order I realized that the wait was more than 20 minutes. The plus side is everything is made fresh because they are understaffed. I ordered a 20 piece tender, and a 12 piece chicken only. I couldn't imagine being in the drive through and not knowing why it takes so long. If you're going here skip the drive through go inside and see if they're staffed for your visit. The regular chicken was always ready to go, the tenders took time. I don't consider this a bad review just information. I wasn't in a rush at all but my food did take just a little over 50 minutes."

"First time having a Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich. It’s was AMAZING! Tastes awesome, size large. Other places (chick-fil-la) are making their chicken breast sandwich smaller. This one was the biggest and best I’ve ever had. The guy working the register was pleasant."

"Even thought they were understaff the lady and the two boys that were in charge of the place that day were WORKING WORKING, and I don’t know who of those three made the chicken that day but it was THE BEST fried chicken I had in a Popeyes. 10/10"
