"I love our local Domino's. Anastasia and Sam always know my name and chat if they're not swamped. I've never gone in and not been greeted politely and treated nicely. I've seen some low ratings and just don't know how people can't understand if such a small business is busy they can't magically have your order ready in 10 minutes. As with every other local business full staffing is next to impossible anymore - there's always new faces being trained. Personally we love our local Domino's. :)"

"Order placed at 445pm. I arrived at the store to pickup at 505 I was told my order was just finishing up. I waited 40 minutes before my 2 pizzas were ready. Not to mention no one provided any updates the entire time I waited. There were at least 7 other people waiting in the store with me. Terrible management. I would not recommend"

"Most times I have no problems. They forgot to deliver my beverages and told me I would get a $10 credit for next order, but that didn’t happen. Usually food is good and drivers are nice. They only got half a tip tonight to make up for my $2 drink I never got. I travel so I use them a lot when Im around here"

"Horrible!!! Sam says he is the general manager. Absolutely rude. Their delivery driver said my gift card didn’t go through and I needed to pay cash. I paid the full amount for my delivery order plus tip. Two days later I tried to place an order with the same gift cards and what do you know, ZERO balance. The driver LIED and he took my money! They are franchised own and don’t care about their customers. Sam the guy who I reported this incident too, blamed me and did nothing. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from domino’s."

"Unacceptable ordered 2 pizzas mediums and 2 order of wings not only did they take long but when my order got here It was 2 big boxes with one normal size pizza and in the other box it was a small pizza in a large box with like 4 slices and we weren’t offered a refund or another pizza or store credit we ordered another pizza I don’t know why it wasn’t up to me but we were told in a disrespectful tone that we would have to pay for the order as if we didn’t expect to pay for I’m disappointed at holly(person taking the order) and dominos. hard day at work and just wanted to order pizza and watch Monday night football never again ordering from here and I hope I can help someone decision before ordering"
