"When Sadie was the General Manager this store ran smoothly and professionally but now its a mad house. No sense of direction. The managers are lazy and do not know how to speak/talk to kids or employees. The managers there needs to be retrained. They show favoritism to certain employees. Very unprofessional atmosphere. New Hires are not trained- just threw out to learn on their own. No raises given to employees. Manager like to work only in back never know how to help up front. Some employees no call no show and come back to work. Other employees write up-like be fair and treat all staff to the same. Depending on who the employee is ( can work when they want to) and others cannot. They need to understand that a store cannot run without employees. To many family members working together (spouses in management) so much chaos and gossiping in the store about employees/ managers. There is NO PROFESSIONALISM!! cannot expect employees to be professional and the manager are not. This store needs some major adjustments starting with management staff clean up and clear out all the unprofessional managers. Place someone who actually knows how to run a business."

"We really like Bojangles but too often we are given the wrong food. My wife and I both ordered the classic sandwich but after waiting 15 minutes for our food, they gave us spicy chicken. Unfortunately, we had already driven away. The crew working just didn't seem to put much effort into their work."

"I was at this location today at 3:30 pm. The service was friendly, prompt and respectful! In addition, I observed everyone working together as a team to get the orders filled whether it was drive through or dine in. I made sure to let the manager know too. It was so uplifting to see young people demonstrating such a strong work ethic. That strong work ethic will carry them forward in life. Great job everyone!"
