"I went to the Indian Trail NC location by the Sun Valley movie theater. I am usually never in that area. Brittany was awesome. There was a slight mishap in my order I placed on the APP. I also had a pretty difficult order with lots of substitutions. She went well above what I would have said was above and beyond to accommodate. I will purposely go out of my way to frequent this Taco Bell from now on. Also, the food was prepared better than usual for Taco Bell!"

"Nov 2023: completely different experience, place to carry out order, waited for 30 minutes. Meanwhile drive through went through countless cycles. Was almost tempted to get in the car and drive through myself even for my carryout order, but decided to keep waiting and asking for it. For the time I was there I could have went through the drive-thru maybe 10 times - horrible carry out. In addition to that I didn't get a single sauce with my order (I put 15 but we know it's an estimate, at least 5 would've been appreciated) 2021: Went to dine in while there was a large drive thru line. Got our order taken right away inside despite the busyness. Didn't have to wait long for the order. They messed up the order a bit but were quick to fix it. Some of the drinks tasted a bit funny. The customer service is great!"

"Ordered a beefy melt burrito (with no rice) and a nacho fries box pulled around to check the order and the cheese thing on the left, having noticed that there’s not a single fiesta strip I assumed I had ordered wrongly, pulled back in the drive through and rather then causing a scene I proceeded to order another beefy melt burrito (with no rice) specifically stating the beefy melt burrito with the fiesta strips…. Pulled around paid and then I opened it up in the drive through once again no fiesta strips stated to the lady working the drive through she was like oh there’s no fiesta strips in this one…. The long haired male manager came over and stated that they are out of the fiesta strips which is understandable, however it would be advantageous to offer me a refund or better yet be proactive and inform your clients of what you are out of rather then allowing them to order the same item multiple times only to find out you’re out and didn’t even tell your patrons allowing them to find out once they have already left."

"I ordered drive-thru and they missed the chips for the chips and cheese, and the soft tacos had essentially no filling. So it appears that at least this location is reducing portions AND increasing prices. The last time I ordered this exact meal, it was $9.95. I just paid $13.93 for literally half the food. I know there is inflation, but a 40% markup on low quality food seems excessive."

"Mexican pizza is cold, missing tomatoes, and all smashed in the box. See pic. Bean burrito was cold. To top it off completely out of mild sauce(it happens, so I'm not really mad about that). The food tastes nasty."
