"For this place to have been so bad not long ago, they have done a complete turn around. Service and food have been great lately. Kudos to you all."
"Went for my weekly meal, (2 Double Big Macs, 2 Large Fries, 10 pc McNugget, 1 Diet Coke, and 1 apple pie.) and the food was the usual quality but the service was simply unacceptable. I was questioned "Can you finish all that by yourself sir !?" by this angsty teen who clearly did NOT want to be there. Things get worse from here. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by the same disrespectful worker bee, who previously insulted me and my normal order. I received my food and attempted to disregard the insults but was constantly given "The Look" (you all know it) by this ill-mannered hireling. I tried to stay emotionally intact with my OCD/ADD/ADHD/OBCD throughout all of this but couldn't hold it all in, (internals wise) and had to drive away promptly after my food was handed to me. I barely made it out of there. I undoubtedly will never return to this McDonalds ever again. (See attached picture for hireling references kind of a mix between the two) Food was good."
"I just want to compliment the night crew that works here… especially the 2 older ladies that work the night shift… they are very good and hard workers. They get the orders out fast. Just want to say thank you and much respect."
"If fast food workers want to to get paid more they should start by getting orders correct. No onions means no onions, and I won't be coming back."
"Mcdonalds should try hiring people who can read and speak English. If I'm paying Michelan Star prices for food that shouldn't be served to humans under any circumstances, it should at least be what I correct. What should be in the wrapper is clearly written on the ticket, and it's still wrong. The lack of intelligence and just not caring is blatantly obvious. I advise anyone who thinks about stopping at this McDonald's or any of them as a matter of fact, do yourself a favor, don't."
