At the store by himself, phone ringing nonstop, he didn't complain once, was so nice to everyone, and took the time to explain all questions I had. And gave my 9 month old sweetbean Son a little soccer ball. In the world today when folks are so darn rude and angry and complain, this was an exceptional experience and above and beyond customer service. This gentlemen should be recognized. Thank you!"

"Ralp on branchview in concord has the worst attitude and a smart mouth. He hung up the phone on me when this morning when I called about them coming to get their furniture they have been harassing me about. And he needs to be FIRED!!!!! I’ve told them I don’t know how many times that I didn’t want the furniture because I’m not working and can’t afford it. EVERYDAY their calling me and different people about me and coming to my house everyday. Me my grandma and husband told them I didn’t want the stuff they could come get it they kept refusing to take it. Yesterday I’m feeding my baby and I get a visit from the sheriff because they are trying to take me to court!!!"
