"If I didn't have a "Sears" Appliance still under warranty, I would never have used this service. They start off with foreigners who are difficult to communicate with. They discuss the issue you are calling about, then spend the remainder of the time trying to sell you more services for other appliances. They tell you "while the technician is there working on your refrigerator, they can also service your dishwasher." If you give in and allow them to "service" other appliances, They don't tell you that it will not all be done at the same time, but multiple technicians will be coming at various times; then they literally inundate you emails and texts multiple times a day, every day until the technician comes, and each text and email they want you to respond with a confirmation. If you miss just one of the text or emails, they want to cancel your appointment and have you reschedule. The actual technician seems to be knowledgeable in their field and performs their work satisfactorily. However, the business part of this service is absolutely horrible and totally unprofessional!"
