"Fried seafood was excellent. Big shrimp, came out hot and not greasy at all. Tasted fresh and no iodine taste like some places.. Shrimp was not overly salty like alot of other places.Cole slaw very good and fresh. More side item options than most fried seafood places. Also had non-fried options. Staff was very friendly, service great. Restaurant, tables and restroom was very clean. Prices very reasonable."

"I have been going to Something Fishy pretty much my whole life. It was probably my mother's favorite restaurant and the very first place that I ever tried fried shrimp. To this day, no other fried shrimp compares to Something Fishy's fried shrimp. Another huge Something Fishy staple is their fantastic hushpuppies! These babies practically melt in your mouth and if you're a weirdo like me, are excellent with some Texas Pete. The honey butter was also PERFECT with them. I also had the deviled crab which is usually a favorite, but were just a little over done for me this time around. The fried okra is always PERFECT and I love their coleslaw. This restaurant will always feel like home to me and I will ALWAYS come running back."

"A strange and unpleasant experience and a huge waste of money. We arrived to an almost-empty restaurant full of staff. No music or atmosphere though, like a take away with tables. What we received was not our order - we were given flounder instead of trout, multiple fried items instead of steamed, and no seasoning at all - completely bland, when we requested lemon-garlic. We were too hungry and tired to complain-our fault, but it was clear staff were not paying attention-we could hear them discussing one of their forthcoming nuptials together (no music). The food was not fresh - straight from the freezer. Maybe they are better at weekends when busy but I cannot recommend."

"I had lunch here today with my parents and it was fantastic! The prices are very reasonable with huge portions. We got fried shrimp, fried oysters and clam strips. Everything was delicious! Our server was Garrett and he was great! I'll definitely be back soon."
