"We absolutely love finding little local restaurants to eat the atmosphere is wonderful. The food was good. It's fun watching the waitress know what everyone wants as they walk in the door. She was all by herself the day we were there and she apologized for the wait. But truly there was no wait she did fantastic. It was enjoyable and good food."

"We have visited and eaten at White front breakfast house several times over the last eight years. It’s certainly a throwback to an earlier time gone by which is refreshing to see. Unlike the somewhat plastic and predictable atmosphere and set ups of most restaurants, white front breakfast house has been the same for the last 20+ years. The restaurant is clean, the white front staff is friendly. On our most recent visit the food seem to take a bit longer than expected given that the restaurant wasn’t very crowded. But in fairness, the short order cooks were continuously cooking, so I’ll give that a pass. The food is definitely country and I will post the menu so you can see that it certainly isn’t like any other restaurant in Wilmington."

"The service was great, it is literally a little old diner. The food on the other hand was a bit bland (particularly the gravy) but the prices are good enough to balance that out."

"Not only was the food, well priced, and served up quickly, but all the staff was very friendly! My kids loved their meals and enjoyed speaking with the staff. My next visit for work I'm definitely returning and look forward to it!"

"Great service and great food. Local spot near the house so that's always a plus. Reminds me of the spots I would go to growing up back home. Nice little diner with a diner atmosphere. Gotta say I've read some of the negative reviews on here by other people and not sure where they went but doesn't sound like it was the same place I was at lol. Have been here quite a few times over the years, the food has always been great and the staff have always treated EVERYONE nice whenever I was in there"
