Drift Coffee Shop & Kitchen Downtown

"While they are almost a dime a dozen these days, here we have a top shelf coffee shop. Obviously the coffee is high quality and prepared correctly, but they also have a great food menu (Avocado/Egg sandwich or Market Bowl Lunch are my favorites) and tasty pastries. If you appreciate not drinking out of paper/plastic (be it for taste or going green), be sure to tell them you are staying in as they will give you a real glass to enjoy your beverage of choice. Prices are pretty reasonable as you can go in for a nice lunch and a coffee for about $15. They also have a unique option which I haven't seen before and has become my new favorite. I'll let them explain it to you, but stop on by and enjoy "The Magic" of Drift!"

"My wife, daughter and I had a great breakfast experience at Drift. The coffee was on-spot. The barista even remade mine because he didn't think it was perfect. The food was amazing! I had the veggie wrap and could have eaten two. They have a few tables outside so we enjoyed the sun. I can highly recommend Drift. We will return on our next trip to Wilmington."

"As usual the coffee at drift regardless of the location was outstanding. This is a nice spot on front street right next to the newly renovated Bijou Park. I got a sugar free vanilla iced latter. It was very good. There is a lot of great coffee choices in downtown Wilmington and this is now definitely one of them."
