"I have been stopping at this location for more than a month now asking about one of the frozen coffees and they keep telling me there is a part missing from the blender. I'm sure it's a franchise and the franchise owner should be getting parts. It's an entirely unacceptable performance to have a quarter of your menu completely unavailable because of "some part" that may be missing. It's very convenient to my office, but I will not try again. I am DONE with this location. They just need to shut this location down and allow a coffee shop that cares open in this space and thrive!!!"
