"When working night shift I always enjoyed going to this McDonald's. I decided to go tonight, placed an online order and paid for it. Willie, the manager, rudely told me that he was serving doordash only and no other orders would be filled. I asked him how can I get my money back because I had already paid he UNpolitely yelled to me ""I don't know"" I'm sure I won't ever return there!!!"

"I ordered through doordash and I ordered a big Mac meal, bacon quarter pounder meal deal, and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal deal. all my food was could and I called and the person I spoke to had a smart attitude with me and said to send it back and they could have it sent back to me and I'm at the hospital with my mom and sister. I had already dealt with doordash people with this order but I was very upset with the restaurant for how they dealt with the issue"

"Disgraceful people and just an out right horrible establishment! Time and time again they mess up orders and this time I reached my breaking point! Pulled up and waiting for 45 minutes for my order after being pulled in space #5 to alleviate their drive thru time. After I finally walked in there was no acknowledgment of my order And the manager felt it wasn’t her fault and she had no reason to apologize for my time waisted and inconvenience. She double charged my card and had to refund me twice. I promise I will spread the word to stay away from this place that has managers that lack representation and accountability for screwing up! No more McDonalds for me I’m done forever!"

"This location is always got something going on. I go here almost daily for a mocha frappe. I enjoy the drink when it’s made properly so I do patronize them often but if I didn’t and it was a very convenient location to me then I wouldn’t return or recommend this McDonald’s. Their machines are always broken for ice cream or frappes. They have less than stellar customer service and their employees always have an unpleasant attitude."

"If you want cold soggy fries and a Hot Fudge Sundae with 98% hot fudge 2% ice cream, then this is the place for you. The cherry on top of this visit was the worker twerking as he handed me the Sundae. I'm not expecting much when I go to McDonald's, somehow this place was able to exceed what I don't expect."
