"I decided to try Island Jo Coffee & Cafe based on it’s rating. It is a very good place to get a cup of coffee and a bagel. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese on a onion bagel and it hit the spot. I ordered a house coffee and it was good but not great. It was pretty busy at 8:15 when they opened and most people are ordering the fancy coffee drinks which is not something I care for. Considering how many people were ahead of me I don’t think it was too bad of wait considering. The cashier was very polite and friendly. I tried to pay for my order with the $50 bill, and when she open the drawer, they had no money but change so if you plan on paying in cash, I suggest you take small bills. There were 3 tables inside, 6 tables outside and 2 picnic tables in a grassy area. Most people were taking their food to go so there should never be a problem with getting a table."

"Such a precious coffee spot on oak island! The drinks were delicious and there were plenty of breakfast and lunch options to choose from. We ordered a caramel macchiato and iced coconut vanilla latte. Both were incredible. Plenty of seating available inside and out. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!"

"Took my two little girls here for a treat. They loved the cinnamon twists so much that I didn't even have time to get a pic before they were devoured. I got the avocado BLT on an everything bagel. It was delicious and fresh. They were extremely busy but very quick and efficient with taking orders and getting food out. And everyone was extremely friendly!"
