"Incredibly disappointed that I did not find out we couldn't use our coupons until checkout, despite me obviously juggling them as we were ordering. Service was "ok" until then. Food was NOT the freshest with brown lettuce and I'm not sure if their oven wasn't hot enough, but there wasn't any difference between our toasted subs and our untoasted subs. Try a different Subway."

"How I regret not having read the reviews before visiting this establishment. I always go to the stand alone subway around the corner and NEVER have had issues there. Figured I’d order a sub since I was already inside Walmart- mistake number 1. I placed an order through the app and for some reason is didn’t go through on their end. The manager Eric (Hispanic guy) was very rude, saying I probably ordered at the wrong location and whatnot - and to top it off the Indian lady very much defended his actions and justified his tone as being “the way he is”- which in hindsight, is totally unacceptable when working in the hospitality industry. I understand my order didn’t go through, but man could he have been a smidge nicer about it. I asked to place an order since it seemed they could care less about the situation. When I was about to pay, I looked through my app and refreshed it which made the order go through properly. He did apologize for his tone with me at the end but I just want to bring attention to this establishment so he can receive the proper training he needs to interact with customers or find another job that doesn’t cause his sour attitude to ruin people’s day . Only positive I can say was everything looked clean. Either way, will not be going there again, and advise people to steer away this business that doesn’t know how to treat paying customers."

"I paid 16$ for a kids meal and a churro something isn't right . He rang up everything separately and the lady couldn't understand a dang word I said .."

"The Owner is very rude, or whoever the guy is that runs the place…this is my second encounter with him and neither time was a good experience. My wife was having a sandwich made and he picked up old cheese off the counter and threw it back into the bucket which was absolutely disgusting, we walked away and didn’t get any food. This establishment doesn’t deserve any business and I have contacted Walmart corporate as well. This is unacceptable. Today we simply asked for a fork and he said no while we were literally looking right at the forks."

"If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They made my sandwich wrong and the sandwiches barely had meat all I tasted was bread. The one across the street is so much better. Tried to call and let them know about the issue and the phone line is busy. I will never visit this store again. Really want my money back for this sad display of food."
