"I’ve been going into this store for a decade or more. There is an older lady with short grey hair and glasses who works there. She’s extremely cold and rude while I give her my hard earned money. Just yesterday she said, “By, Darling” to the customer in front of me then scowled at me and did not return my friendly hello. I have no idea why she’s so rude and keeps getting away with it. That was it for me. If she’s there I will go to another store and start spending my hard earned money elsewhere."
"They didn't sell me a few beers because I had just drank some at the bar. I left my car at the bar and walked back to my friend's place (instead of driving to mine) like a responsible adult. We wanted a couple more beers, but they refused. They heavily exploit African and Amazonian communities to extract oil and poison their land and water, but a couple tipsy guys come in and they can't have some beer."
"The absolute worst customer service ever. Two employees have literally asked my boyfriend “when he was going to get a new car” and also comment about personal matters. They are extremely rude, non-efficient, and also not professional. This place is on my way home, but I will go across town before I ever spend another dollar here simply because it you are going to be in that type of industry, I feel like your employees should at least be somewhat considerate."
