"Food was as expected & service was good. Several dirty tables when I arrived & the floors were filthy. Met with a coworker to discuss a project & struggled to find outlets near tables for our laptops. It was hard to hear the counter team call out names - I was surprised they didn't use a buzzer like other locations."
"I ordered from DoorDash half a chicken salad sandwich. There was almost no chicken on it, so I got a replacement order. And this was what I got. Hiding under a bed of greens."
"I had a Togo order that was around 80 some dollars I’m not really type to be rude so I’ll keep this as just a reminder to check your bag to make sure you have everything. They had forgot to give me my pizza and almost forgot to give me a drink I had ordered. I hope they do better in checking what they have and what they don’t have since I also ordered some muffins that I really wanted but instead gave me double of another order. I said it was fine since I didn’t want to cause trouble. I really hope my experience is better when I go back."
"Wasn’t too expensive. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious! The bread that came with it was a bit hard but I dipped it in my soup and it was still good. Barely any wait time. The dining room was a bit dirty but I blame rude customers who doesn’t care about making a mess."
"Lunch is 31 and change for the two of us. Obviously, but when I asked if I could get the 99 cent pastry with my order as she handed me the receipt, I was told no sorry you’ll have to pay the full 3.73 (after tax).. then imagine my surprise when, after wearing this lame excuse for hospitality like a backpack, I received a heavy slathering of horseradish some pickled red onions and barely enough meat feed a bird. Literally the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from this Panera and I eat here/ ate here frequently. This will be my last foray into the ridiculous."
