McDonald's

"There were onions all over the burgers, I cannot tell you how much I hate those onions. We very clearly said no onions. We also ordered three shakes, NO STRAWS, NO NAPKINS, & there were no milks in the happy meals. We were not happy. It took forever, the apple pies were cold, like they came out of the frigerator. And the burgers were so thin you could actually see three them. I fed the whole mess to the dogs. I would have called and asked for my money back but nobody answered the phone. I'll just consider it a thirty dollar lesson."

"After order was taken at the counter, waited 33 minutes before receiving the order. There was absolutely no logic as to who got served, some waited 5 to 10 minutes while others waited 30 to 40 minutes. My best advice; avoid this establishment at all costs, I know I will."

"Honestly, if it weren't for the customer service you get at this restaurant then this place would be amazing! But the service is horrible so that makes the atmosphere horrible. Besides the decent customers. Some customers are friendly and some are way too friendly. It's honestly invading. But, the customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen and I'm not sure if it's just over worked employees where they don't have enough employees most of the time or if it's because of the northern type of attitudes they have especially one particular employee which is absolutely rude 99.9% of the time and I at least go to this particular McDonald's 2 times a month. But the store is nice and only sometimes it's dirty. But they at least try and keep it clean. The parking lot is decent as well but they probably could use more spaces. The drive through is always wrapped around the building and when I come in I don't like to use the drive through. I like to dine in and a lot of times they make me walk around to the drive through window because they won't open the doors for guest to come in and dine. Since Boone is a walkable city I drive to Boone and walk around most of the time. Do shopping or go to the Dr, office and shop. And so I like to stop in and start my day with McDonald's. But a lot of times I have to sit outside in the cold and walk around the drive through just to get a sandwich and most times it takes a long time. This place needs help and I believe the issues are inside with lack of employees and how the employees that they do have only have so much in them and they're worn out and rude and irritated."

"Besides the very kind girl who took my order, this was a terrible McDonald’s experience. Ordered a happy meal 6pc chicken nuggets and it took 42 minutes to come out and it was so cold I could have sworn it came out of a refrigerator. People in the drive through were moving fine, inside guests were leaving after they had already paid due to how long it took to get an order taken let alone get the actual food."

"We just parked while 2 of us went in to get a to go order. The french fries were hot, fresh, and perfect. It was very busy, so we did have to wait. The sweet tea was perfect. I took pictures out in the parking lot, because their plants are gorgeous! Thanks!"
