"Always so slow! Good is sometimes hot but not usually. Curbside pickup is. More difficult than it should be. Parked in designated spot, clicked the ‘I’m here’ button and called. No one answers the phone. Tried going to the drive through to get the food and was told I had to come in to get it. The whole reason I did curbside was so I didn’t have to unload the kids, get out and go in. Won’t be stopping here ever again"

"Tell me how I’m the only car in line and still have slow service and get a burnt biscuit and the wrong drink? At 3:40pm on a Tuesday afternoon right before Thanksgiving so it’s almost a ghost town but they still can’t get it right. Corporate needs to bounce in and see just how bad this relatively new bojangles is doing"

"The employees don't know the difference between white meat or dark meat chicken! We ordered one 2 piece dark meat dinner $5.99 and one 2 piece white meat dinner $8.39 with a Pepsi. When we got home both dinners were dark meat. We also asked for a bag to put the dinners in so grease wouldn't get on our car seat but they wouldn't give us one. We took the meals back and spoke to the manager about the issue. The manager was extremely rude, didn't say he was sorry or offer to give us the correct white meat meal. He gave us our money back but still NO apology! There has been other problems we've experienced like a 25 min wait for chicken at dinner time. Unexceptable to say the least. It's a really great place for fast food and correct chicken parts. NOT!!!!! How this location stays in business is a mystery to us!!!"

"I will be completely honest, I spent a legitimate hour in line. No joke for 60 minutes. And, I am still in line right now. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I wanted to be a good person, since I already ordered. But if I hadn’t ordered, I would’ve been out of here. I have absolutely no clue why there is a slow, this is stupidity, right here."

"French fries were hard, And what wasn't was stale. Service was not the best. Ordered four chicken tender meals. When asked for honey mustard they tried to charge us. Daughter asked for ketchup and they slung it on the tray. Won't be stopping here again! Bathrooms needed attention!"
