"Great 2nd floor seating area. I very much disliked that the only way to order food was thru a kiosk. There was no way on the kiosk to denote that we had the special key card that give us a free jr frosty with any purchase. No matter what we did, the system wanted to charge us the full price for the jr frosty. I ended up ordering up everything thing else, and before the order arrived, told a worker that I wanted to order a frosty, but was being overcharged. She gave each of us a jr frosty with our meals when they were served. Food was served quickly. Nice Coke branded million options soda dispenser. Really nice 2nd floor seating alcove."

"I had a fantastic experience at Wendy's thanks to Malachi's exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our visit enjoyable. Malachi's positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. He allowed us to change our order late and was really helpful, even when we all had Wendy’s codes to scan and all paid separately. I highly commend him for his outstanding service."

"A very bad restaurant. They took the money from me and gave me the wrong meal. I told the boy to return it to me and he stood up and said, “Wait,” and I waited for about half an hour for my order to be prepared. He told me to pay the money again. I told him to return my previous food to me and he refused to give me my food or replace it. My order and the old woman also had the same thing. She said, “Go from here or I will call the police.” I told him that I will pay again, not for anything, but for the sake of my friend who was waiting for food. She refused to deal with me. I hope Wendy’s management changes the bad workers. They are insulting the Wendy’s Food Company and the former workers. They were better"

"Fast service at the drive thru with 4 orders and everything was correct. The French fries were skimpy…very skimpy. Ordered the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich and I’m happy to say a fast food restaurant has finally made a legitimate claim. The sandwich is spicy. Not to a ghost pepper level, but maybe a medium hot jalapeño level. I hate American cheese, however I like their ghost pepper American cheese on the sandwich. Keep it on the menu. Only thing that could have made it better would’ve been a full container of fries."

"The food wasn't too bad. The place was nasty. The bathrooms were nasty! Some girl walked around with a broom and poked at trash on the floor. There was food spilled on steps. No toilet paper in one restroom. So nasty in dining room I'd be willing to bet the health department would have fun in this restaurant. See attached pics!"
