"I attended Professional Physical Therapy, after trying Spear across the street, for a few months as part of my recovery from knee surgery. My general conclusion is that these type of places can do an adequate job for those people who need to undergo a relatively straightforward recovery that involves a standard exercise regimen. I found them to be generally overcrowded and understaffed, with a ‘mass production’ type of business model. Having a more complex situation that required more specialized attention, I upgraded to more highly professionalized places, such as Mount Sinai and HSS, and am glad I did. I would still be spinning my wheels at Professional Physical Therapy."
