"Flatbush Vet is quick, kind, and super affordable. The staff was super friendly and patient and able to answer any questions I had. I took my new found cat in for the full kitten caboodle (fix, vacs, and chip) and was in and out same day. Everything was successful and Gouda is back to being the silly goober he's been! They were extremely knowledgeable and really care about the care of animals! I'd happily bring him back for the future!"

"Pay the extra money and go someplace professional. This place has horrible customer service. My dog's neuter surgery was rescheduled twice with barely any notice, not even a phone call. Then they change the hours to bring your pet in for surgery (after my appointment was already scheduled), and again no courtesy phone call. If you're changing such a vital aspect, you should call people and make it clear, not just rely on an email. At that point, it's 3 strikes and you're out. I no longer have confidence in your competence and don't trust that you will treat my dog right and definitely dont trust you performing any surgery. Be warned, stay away!"

"Went for a neuter-they returned my cat completely soaked in his own urine and gave us no guidance for after care. When I got home I wasn’t able to put on the cone they provided, and realized it wasn’t the right size. Of course they close shop as soon as I get home, and I’m left with 0 guidance or help. Not to mention-this surgery was rescheduled twice-giving us notice the morning of the scheduled surgery. Horrible service for important and much needed guidance."

"This place is amazing.. my cat was treated the best way. The staff is very welcoming, in the morning as soon as I got into the place and I had doubts the nurse kindly explained me with details. My cat had a testicle inside, and they took care of him like it was part of their family. In the afternoon, when I picked him up, the veterinarian came out and explained all the procedures, the medicine that has to be provided. With so much love and caring, she took her time and spoke with me about everything regarding my cat. Anyways, the cleaning part and medication are sent to the email step by step. 100% recommended. It is very far for me because I live in Queens but it is worth it.  There are really expensive places but this one is very good and cheap."
