"I called today seeking face to face therapy, because I feel isolated and alone. Apparently years after covid they are still only doing zoom calls. If I wanted a business conference I can have one at work. Psychologists and social workers who cannot see the value in face to face interaction are seeking a fast dollar and offering little value. Please go elsewhere. My wife tried remote sessions here and it wasn’t worth it. Offering remote only is a failure to connect with people."

He talks about books with me. It feels like customized rather than cookie-cutter therapy, which I greatly appreciate.
