"If your African American this place is not for you I sat here for over an hour in urgent care and every one who came before me and after me was seen and when I ask can I speak to a supervisor they claim they don’t have one.and still people are being seen that’s just walking in now I’m weak and have extreme chest pain and still have not been attended too . I will be filling a formal complaint they medical practice"

"Screw this place. I had called 2x on my way here to ask about appointment and insurance. The phone rang 16 times and someone picked up and hung up 2x. Total understaff and ridiculously poorly managed. Don’t go here. You’re lucky to make it into the parking lot. Their Google page says Medicaid accepted and we have a Medicaid plan … but nooooo they don’t accept our carrier. Then the DMV quality attitude people at the front desk start to give me papers and tell me I’ll have to pay cash … Hahahah and actually expected me to do this. Fortunately my ailment is probably ok for another hour before I keel over. This pain is intense. Terrible management Terrible public into regarding which plans they do and don’t accept very misleading Terrible front desk attitude One of them seemed ok But you will wait a long time here. Choose another place. There is a reason for 2 Stars Google review."

"I seriously would rather die than ever have to come to this place again. This is my third experience with attempts to come here only to find out they are on a “pause” (totally illegal to turn patients away during operating hours) and won’t be registering patients. Then was told by the front desk girl Bobby Joe “you’re sick, you’re not dying” (how does she know)… Not to mention no one knows how to answer a phone or return a call. What kind of health facility operates this way? I guess I should have read the other reviews before even considering this place. I will be following up with the director in the morning."

"My 17 year old was running a high fever so I had to drag all three of my kids to Urgent Care (17, 6 & 1). The front desk rep was professional and let us know the wait would be at least an hour and a half. She wasn't kidding, that's how long it took to get to a room. There were a lot of sick kiddos there this afternoon. Our intake nurse was so kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional despite the obvious major workload. Then when the doctor showed up with ice pops and lollipops for the kids I was floored. He understood the misery a long wait can create for kids and turned the whole experience around for them. It wasn't just the pops...he walked in with a huge smile and great energy. Emergency rooms and Urgent Care offices are miserable places by nature. Not this urgent care center. Today the doctors and nurses refused to give in to a negative mental attitude and this mom noticed. Thank you for being more than just healers today. You were our heroes."

"I had to respond after seeing negative reviews. Went to Urgent Care today, after a car accident yesterday. I was registered and seen within 20 minutes. Quickly assessed. 4 tests ordered and completed within the hour. The NP was friendly, professional and reviewed my results thoroughly. All staff were professional, polite and friendly. I did arrive early morning and as I exited, the waiting room was packed, which I would assume leads to longer wait times"
